Mission No. 19 to the railroad junction at “Karlsbad”, Chez. It was a nice mission, we were only over the enemy territory for fifty minutes. We did fair bombing. We only cut one of the tracks. We bombed at 17,000 feet. We flew the new No. 674. No Flak or fighters. We carried 4x500 lb GP and one smoke bomb. We led the 2nd Squadron of ‘B’ group. We flew for seven hours and forty minutes.
