We had our regular nine man crew with Lt Reed as Co Pilot flying his 35th mission and Moore flew his 35th also. Mike Baron flew his 30th and last one. We carried and dropped 6 - 1000# GP bombs on the mashaling yards at Hanau, Ger. ten miles from Frankfurt. We encountered light flak before and at the target and received no battle damage. P-51's and P-47's excorted us and there was no opposition. It was our groups largest effort and there was 1,800,100# of bombs dropped on the target
