Rewey, John Delbert
Up again at 0330 to fly - what a blow! Les was still fairly tight and
I'm not too good. This mission was to Ulm, Ger. to hit a truck factory
with 12/500#. Les and I took a benzadrine pill after a couple of hours and that helped. We flew No. 3 in the high right element of the lead squadron, in other words position #9. Meager flak over the target and
we bombed PFF. Ate supper and then went to church at 1700 and to bed by 1800 - boy was I tired. It was an 8 hour mission.
