We flew as Deputy Lead with a ten man crew. Lt reed flew as Co Pilot, Lt Hassen as Navigator, Lt Whitham as Pilotsge navigator and Lt Breitlow was out Bombardier. We carried and dropped 43 - 100# GP, 2 - 500# M-17 incendiaries and 1 M-47 100# bombs on the marshaling yards at Bingen, Ger. We encountered light flak on the boomb run and had P-51 and P-47 escort. We had no battle damage and encountered no opposition.
