Remarks - Invasion day - This was the third mission of day. Could walk across the channel today so many boats. Missed the bridge (PFF) (Path Finding Flight) . Came back after dark with a 200' ceiling - lucky. fourth to peel off & first to find the field & land. rough this E.T.O. (European Theater of Operations)
